AGORAPHOBIA YOUR UNIQUE PROBLEM

"There's the whole matter of having a meaningful attitude for the problems that life may set before you. If only you could see the whole picture, if only you knew the whole story, you would realize that no problem ever comes to you that does not have a purpose in your life, that cannot contribute to your inner growth. When you perceive this, you will recognize problems as opportunities in disguise."

OUR SYMPTOMS ARE THE SAME!

"I did get very anxious when I was in line to pay. I felt light-headed and my vision started to blur, and also tears coming to my eyes."

This is taken from a post on one of the agoraphobia support groups. I found it this morning going through my emails. I read this kind of postings all the time. The story is always the same. I posted with this group for a year and tried during that time to tell them it was their eyes causing their problem but they weren't buying it. But the stories break my heart and I think what a waste they could be living a better life. I believe everything happens in life for a reason, yes even agoraphobia so I comfort myself with that thought.
There are many things in our world that are not right but everything in it's own order. Understanding comes in time.

The best to all of you, Yolanda

ONLY YOU KNOW!

Because only you really know what you are going through with agoraphobia I thought I would give you this. I received this in an email the other day and thought it was beautiful and described life beautifully. We must remember that our relatives our friends our husbands don't know what we are going through so we are the ones that must be tolerant of them not them of us. Please enjoy this small thought of life.

THE TRAIN
At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel on our side.  However, at some station our parents will step down from the train, leaving us on this journey alone.  As time goes by, other people will board the train; and they will be significant i.e. our siblings, friends, children, and even the love of your life.  Many will step down and leave a permanent vacuum.  Others will go so unnoticed that we don't realize they vacated their seats.  This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells. Success consists of having a good relationship with all passengers requiring that we give the best of ourselves.
The mystery to everyone is we do not know at which station we ourselves will step down.  So, we must live in the best way, love, forgive, and offer the best of who we are.  It is important to do this because when the time comes for us to step down and leave our seat empty we should leave behind beautiful memories for those who will continue to travel on the train.
I wish you a joyful journey on the train of life. Reap success and give lots of love. More importantly, thank God for the journey.
Lastly, I thank you for being one of the passengers on my train.

TIME FOR ACTION IT'S ALMOST 2015

2015 is almost here it's time to finally do what you didn't do all of last year. It's time to believe that you can do the things that you could never do. It's time to believe your eyes are your problem. No more putting it off, no more saying it's not me, no more saying it's to far to travel, no more saying how can I get there. It's time for action. Take the test and make the decision to take your life back. This is the year of action. Call Vision Specialists and make that appointment. The how and the way will happen. Just Believe!

All the best to you in 2015, Yolanda
