YOUR STIFF NECK COULD BE YOUR EYES.

How many people go around with a stiff neck. Quite a few. I got my first stiff neck when I was about 30 years old. As the years progressed my neck stayed stiffer longer. Then I started using the computer. By this time I had bifocal glasses. I also started trading the forex market and probably spent 8 hours a day using software to learn how to trade. All of this behavior led to a chronic stiff neck.
I went back to Dr. Debbie and Vision Specialists of Michigan and was fitted with computer glasses that didn't have the bifocal. This was quite an  improvement as my head wasn't bobbing up and down all the time.
Have you ever looked at old pictures of yourself and find that in most of them you head is tilted? This could be a sign that one eye is higher than the other, if this is the case then you are tilting your head to bring both eyes into alignment. Even if your eyes are a little bit off this can cause a stiff neck on and off. After a lot of strenuous work or activity you will find pain in your neck, it seems to trigger it.
My  son has this and when he plays basketball after a while he finds his neck getting stiff. He then goes to the chiropractor for an adjustment and he is good for a while but he always has to go back for an adjustment. The ideal would be to have a prism put into his glasses so this problem could finally go away.
There have been great strides made in the medical field as far as saving peoples lives, the dentist field has come up with a lot of new inventions but what has become of optometry field? NOTHING! Their methods are outdated and nothing new has been added in centuries. Shouldn't that give you reason to wonder? Click on the hyperphoria test on the right and see if this could be you. There is always an answer just look for it.
